Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs (use a food processor or a sealed bag and rolling pin).

Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined and smooth.

Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.

Return to the tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
