Ingredients

  • 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
