Bang Bang Chicken (Family-Favorite, Sauce You’ll Want Extra Of)

Instructions

1. Prep the chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. Dip pieces into egg, then coat with cornstarch.


2. Cook

Fry:

  • Fry in 350°F / 175°C oil for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.

OR Air Fry:

  • Spray lightly with oil.

  • Air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.

OR Bake:

  • Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping once.


3. Make the sauce

Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.


4. Toss & serve

  • Toss hot crispy chicken with the sauce or drizzle generously on top.

  • Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if you like.
