BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM STIR-FRY

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add broccoli and mushrooms; stir-fry 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.

  4. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Cook 1–2 more minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
