BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch/blue cheese dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.

  3. Stir in shredded chicken and ¾ cup cheddar cheese.

  4. Spread mixture in a greased baking dish.

  5. Top with remaining cheddar (and blue cheese if using).

  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.

  7. Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
