Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough. Add pepperoni if using.

Roll dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet.

Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over rolls.

Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

Bake 14–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Serve warm with marinara for dipping.
