CHEESY HASHBROWN CASSEROLE (THE IRRESISTIBLE ONE)

Ingredients

  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional topping: 2 cups crushed cornflakes or buttery crackers + 2 tbsp melted butter
