CHEESY HASHBROWN CASSEROLE (THE IRRESISTIBLE ONE)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.

  2. In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cheese, sour cream, soup, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.

  4. If using topping, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.

  5. Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

  6. Let cool slightly… or don’t. Most people don’t.
