Instructions
1. Make the dough

Beat cream cheese until completely smooth.

Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.

Mix in peppermint extract.

Divide dough and tint with food coloring if desired.
2. Shape

Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork
OR -
Roll into ropes and cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Set
-
Place on parchment paper.
-
Let dry at room temperature 2–4 hours or until firm.

Store in an airtight container.
