CREAMY GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN PASTA

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook the chicken
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. Make the sauce
    In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
    Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
    Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

  4. Combine
    Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add pasta and mix until everything is coated evenly.

  5. Serve
    Garnish with chopped parsley or basil if desired. Serve immediately.
