CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  5. Pour in chicken broth and cream, scraping up any browned bits.

  6. Stir in Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  7. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

  8. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 5 minutes.
