GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN BITES WITH CREAMY PARMESAN PASTA

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook the chicken bites
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–6 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

  3. Make the garlic butter
In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Cook 30–40 seconds until fragrant. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Remove from heat.

  4. Make the creamy Parmesan sauce
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Combine
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
Top with garlic butter chicken bites and spoon extra butter sauce over everything.

  6. Serve
Garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
