Instructions

1️⃣ Season the chicken with oil, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Grill or pan-sear 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest, then slice.
3️⃣ Whisk together dressing ingredients.
4️⃣ Build your bowl: rice, chicken, avocado, veggies.
