  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 ¾ cups sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese

For the Glaze

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla or almond extract

  • Sprinkles (optional)
