Instructions
1. Cook the chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Remove chicken and set aside.
2. Make the sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.

Stir in Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Simmer 5–7 minutes until thick and silky.
(This is where people usually say: “I should’ve doubled the sauce.”)
3. Combine

Return chicken to the skillet.

Spoon sauce over the chicken.

Add spinach if using and let it wilt.
-
Simmer 5 minutes so flavors meld.
