NANA’S CLASSIC MEATLOAF

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.

  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, oats, onion, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until just combined. Do not overmix.

  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.

  4. Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread evenly over the top.

  5. Bake uncovered for 60–70 minutes, until cooked through and glazed.

  6. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
