ONE-PAN CREAMY GARLIC CHICKEN

Instructions

  1. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.

  6. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  7. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 5 minutes.

  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
