PIGS IN A BLANKET — BREAKFAST STYLE

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make smaller strips.

  3. Place one sausage at the wide end of each strip and roll tightly toward the point.

  4. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  5. Brush lightly with beaten egg if you want a glossy, golden finish.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the dough is puffed and golden brown.

  7. Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite dip.
