Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Filling
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Slowly add broth and milk, stirring until thick and creamy.
Add chicken, vegetables, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Pastry
Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles (about 10–12 cm).
3️⃣ Fill & Seal
Spoon filling onto one half of each circle.
Fold over and press edges with a fork to seal.
Brush tops with egg wash.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18–22 minutes
Until golden brown and flaky.
