Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and horseradish until smooth. (This is the magic — mild, creamy, and sneaky-good.) -
Assemble sliders
Slice the rolls horizontally as one slab.
Spread the horseradish sauce on the bottom half.
Layer roast beef evenly, then add Swiss cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls back on. -
Prepare butter topping
Stir melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and optional toppings. -
Bake
Brush butter mixture generously over the tops.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden and melty. -
Serve
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm. Try not to blink — they’ll be gone.
