Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Beef
Toss sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes (this keeps it tender and helps the sauce stick).
2️⃣ Cook the Noodles
Boil according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Sear the Beef
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
Cook beef in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Build the Sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger.
Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add sauce ingredients and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
5️⃣ Bring It Together
Add noodles, vegetables, and beef back to the pan.
Toss well until everything is coated and glossy.
Cook another 2–3 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
6️⃣ Finish
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
